Any completion times given are an estimate only and NOT a guaranty of ANY delivery date. Mark Spenard Enterprises, LLC will not be responsible for any lost wages, rent(s) or ANY other expenses or claims pertaining directly or indirectly to ANY time estimate given with no exceptions.
As with any exercise or therapy equipment, there is an element of danger if not used and stored properly at all times, and should ALWAYS be used under the the direct presence of a professionaly trained and certified instructor and is NEVER to be used for anyone under the age of 18 (eighteen) or allowed on or near such equipment.
Mark Spenard Enterprises, LLC does in no way give instruction (expressed or implied) in the operation of such equipment.
No warranty, return or exchanges of springs. Due to the high wear factor of springs, they must be replaced every year.
Shipping charges will come collect unless otherwise stated !

-YOU, THE CUSTOMER, ARE IN CONTRACT WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY AFTER P/UP OF GOODS & RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY & ALL SHIPPING CHARGES, ALSO FOR REPORTING ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY AS WELL AS ANY COLLECTIONS OR FOLLOW THROUGH RESULTING FROM A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY-We normally ship freight items through Adcom Worldwide, you are welcome to arrange for another shipper (let us know at the time you place your order)as YOU are the one in contract with them, NOT Mark Spenard Enterprises, LLC.
A 50% cancellation / 50% restocking fee will be imposed with NO EXCEPTIONS and will apply to any and all parts of an order.
All orders are custom made per order. Any & all returns must be submitted in writing, for possible approval by Mark Spenard Enterprises, LLC and received in NEW (never used or opened) condition, with return shipping costs, including appropriate insurance coverage, pre-paid by customer. Any & all returns are STRICKLY at the sole discretion of Mark Spenard Enterprises, LLC.
A $100.00 Returned check fee will be imposed.
Any & all collection, attorney and legal fees incurred by Mark Spenar Enterprises, LLC shall be paid immediatly and in full by you the customer. Any and All litigation shall be held in a Colorado USA court, as chosen by Mark Spenard Enterprises, LLC with NO EXCEPTIONS !
